Update failure

UPDATE on the update: aaaaaand its broken again. "Unexpected error"

UPDATE: I now cannot even login without it saying Im not authorized or that my password is wrong. Tech help has been useless. They keep giving me tips on how to log on to the desktop site. Its like they dont realize they HAVE an app. Zero stars!!

I can login but it wont display any info after that. This recent update of the app and the online site have been a complete mess.
