Useless app, crashes whenever I try to look at my coverage

Forced to update which I cant stand when developers do this. BS. After updating still says its out of date, and I cant access anything. Crap.

Pop up comes up telling me the version I have is out of date and to check the App Store. Update to new version. Pop up still appears. Unable to use app or get around pop up. Tried a phot restart. Also tried deleting app and redownloading. Problem persists. App is no longer usable despite having the most up to date version.

So the app keeps telling me at sign in screen that there is an update in the Apple Store, even though Ive updated to the newest version. I cant even get in! Please fix!

New app wont open stating that this version needs to be updated in App Store.

The May 12th update: I try to open the app but it says "app out of date. Check the App Store for updates" I has been updated. Please fix. Otherwise this app works amazingly.

After installing the update, upon starting you get an error that the app is "out of date, please visit the app store". Uninstalled, tried it again, restarted, still wont work. iPhone 6S

Trying to update app and it wont let me. Why do you guys make this so fricken difficult!!!

I just downloaded the new version and it does not work. When I open the app a message pops up and says "out of date -please check the App Store for an update" even thought I just downloaded the new version.

Used to work just fine but then it said it needed an update. I updated it but the app still wont run because it still needs an update. But I just did!! Tried rebooting app and phone but neither help. Please fix it! It was useful before but now I may just have to go back to the computer to do claims.

Updated the app and now it says I dont have the latest version.

App not working at all since last update

I had to update the app, but now its not even letting me in. Ive tried restarting my phone and reinstalling the app- No luck. Please fix this ASAP!

Same as everyone else. It tells me the app needs updating but wont update. Typical for PBC.

I had so many issues with previous versions of this app crashing, so I was excited that maybe they worked it out on the newer version. It does not crash, but unfortunately it wont let me submit a claim because the "continue" button is not press-able.

I had to upgrade, but u cant get passed eligibility, it wont let me continue, the box is not highlighted, dead screen. Please fix, I use this app all the time.

Don waste your time!

This app used to be great until recently - what the hell is going on. A great company, and a great app let down by shoddy updates. Please get it sorted or I will be chnaging providers.
