Update for iOS 8. Fast. I cant select the date when Im submitting a claim through the app.

Unable to enter date for claim. Likely linked to iOS 8 update.

Trying to make an extended health claim and doesnt allow you to select a date. Crap app

Simply refuses to work, hopeless.

This app worked well for me but now with iOS 8, its become unusable. Please update!

Good concept, great for looking things up. Cant do claims as the date section doesnt work. So cant get past the claim detail screen. If this worked would be a great app.

Worked great until iOS 8.x. Now I cant enter a date for a claim so I cant proceed with any claims. Kinda useless now!

This was a great app could enter claims easily and get reimbursed in a few days... Now since uploading iOS 8 I cant select a date which is making this useless . Hope someone actually reads these reviews and fixes the bug.

I thought I would try this app out on the off chance it might work (despite the reviews). Nope. I was able to sign in and was hopeful of being able to submit a claim, but it is not possible to choose a date for the receipt. Defeats the purpose of the app. Useless.

Worked well before the latest OS update. Now after taking pic of the receipt, app will not allow to enter a date and therefore one is unable to submit the claim. Please fix. Thanks!

You cant add a claim because the date field is blank and will not allow you to enter your date of your claim -- and thus, wont let you enter a claim. Which makes this app completely useless.

I cant log in because there isnt enough spaces in the password dialogue box to fit my whole password.

This app worked well for awhile, then it stopped letting me enter a date of service, so I cant submit a claim. Im not sure if that happened with the last iOS update.

As with a lot of other users, I cant select a treatment date since updating to OS8. Not sure how long a fix will take the chimps at Pacific Blue Cross to fix the problem, but until they do the app is useless.

The Caresnet website allows whatever password length you want, but the app cuts off the password at a certain number of characters. I do not want to change my password just to use an app. If the site allows a longer password, the app should as well.

Love being able to quickly submit a claim without turning on my computer. Can also look up my coverage and claims when Im on the go. Works great for me with no problems or bugs.

This used to work, but now wont remember provider names and info, so you cant complete your claim. Pretty much useless. Id call and talk to someone, but the only company with longer hold times than pbc is air canada!

This app worked fantastic when I first installed it. Easy to use on my iPad. Now for the last month or more it will not open my library or camera once you reach the step to add an image to your claim. So pretty much useless as you cant complete the claim without an image! I emailed PBC about this more than a month ago and still havent received a reply and I am certainly not gonna sit on hold for the rest of my life with PBC as their wait times are astronomical! So now I have 2 more claims I am going to have to do the old fashioned way because of this sucky app!!!

Tried to create a claim for vision care, but only offered orthodontics as an option for a benefit. Back to web version for me.
