Frustrating waste of time. Spent an hour trying to submit claim with nothing to show for my efforts
Wasted an hour inputting all of my receipts just to get "an unexpected error has occurred" message right at the very end when submitting. If you do download and try the app, try it with one receipt only first, before you completely frustrate yourself. Useless. So disappointed. Used to work well.
Just entered about 20 fields in my phone (pain) and after pressing submit, message pops up to say this drug can only be submitted on paper. Waste of time could have told me this when they drug number is entered and verified instead of after entering all that info and the realized it was useless.
You can not submit a claim using the app. It used to work great now it wont work. How about you fix this blue cross.

Please fix this new version from August. Claim submission does not work. You cannot select the type claim u want to submit. And it wont let you process when you press continue. Thats too bad bc it used to work just fine! My husband is with Great West Life and their App has never had this many problems. Its not October and thats too long in the new technical world to wait for app bugs to be fixed. Shame on pacblue
Ive been using this app for over a year now and have never had a problem. Its easy to navigate and submit your receipts from your library or by taking a photo. Just be sure to accept the terms on the last page and voila submitted. I used to get a submission error but havent in a year after updating the app. Works perfectly!
The option to have the pbc card assigned to the smartphone wallet app would be a consideration worth undertaking.
Signing in with touch id is not really touch id. When you log out and try to sign in the next time, you still have to put your id and password. Doesnt make any sense.
If you choose Touch ID it just bugs. Also the way to sign out is not easy to discover... I hope they will solve it ASAP because thIS new apps really deserved a better score.
Love that the Touch ID was added to the latest version, makes the app much easier to use
Great refresh on the app! Like the convenience of touchID and all the new content. Worth the download.
Please fix the touch log in! Never an issue before, but now wont work, even after reset within app. I have to key in all my login info every time! Other than that, this app is a very worthwhile app!
The upgrade of this version is better than the previous one. It is a bonus to have the fingerprint login. And I just noticed that I can purchase my travel insurance on here now too! So easy!
This is quite a convenient app actually. My previous insurance providers never had anything like this. I submitted a couple of claims through this already and got reimbursed to my account a few days later. Works pretty good.
Buggy, dropped my provider info, then dropped some of my bank account info. Blue Cross rep said they would work on it. Claims thru website work fine.
No one can login because the password letter count stops allowing your to enter in your legit password after like 8 letters. Pretty easy fix on your end! And if they never do fix it you can just change your password so it fits And doesnt get cut off
Why do I have to enter a password every time? Already had banking added and terms approved but no online claim for me. When you send feedback to them in the app that also fails. Slow, bad UI what a waste of time.
Terrible at rollout, bugs seem to be worked out now. Went for a massage last night, entered my info with a pic of the receipt, woke up to an accepted claim. Sweet
