UPDATE on the update: aaaaaand its broken again. "Unexpected error" UPDATE: I now cannot even login without it saying Im not authorized or that my password is wrong. Tech help has been useless. They keep giving me tips on how to log on to the desktop site. Its like they dont realize they HAVE an app. Zero stars!! I can login but it wont display any info after that. This recent update of the app and the online site have been a complete mess.
Get to the final step since the update and a unexpected error occurs when I try to submit. I have tried numerous times over the last few weeks and it keep having the same error.
In theory this app is great but due to the fact I am unable to submit my claim because "an unexpected error has occurred" I have little use for this app.
What a terribly useless app. It wont let me log on - it says Im not authorized. My login info is 100% correct as it works on the website.
Since the latest update, it is not possible to submit your claim as the app alerts "an unexpected error has occurred" when you press continue.
each time i try to submit a claim, i get an unexpected error. emailed PBC, but they were no help.
Do all the work then at cant submit due to "unknown error" please fix.
Once again we paying customers are duped. Could not log on after repeated tries. :(
Its been weeks and every time I try to submit a claim I get an "unexpected error" in the last step. Ive had very few issues with prior versions but without the ability to submit claims (which is the selling point of this app) it is useless. Please update and fix!

Get unexpected error when trying to submit a claim, ever since the last update a couple months ago. When you call all they say is its a known error, no idea when they will fix it
Correct information, but keeps displaying message that something is incorrect. Please fix.
App repeatedly crashes. I can log on but it says "you are not covered for this benefit" when I go to look at my coverage (any category). Will not let you look at previous claims, a pop up error message always displays. Very dissatisfied
According to this app ... No one in my family, including myself, has any coverage at all ... For anything! What good is this app if I have to log on to a computer to be able to access my plan info etc.?
EVERY time I have used the app (twice a month for massage appointments) I have been "randomly selected" for claim verification. After three months of "random selection", several stressful months of waiting long period of time for reimbursement, and several calls to customer service, I realized it only happened when using the app. When "randomly selected", it usually takes over two weeks to have your claim reviewed and approved instead of the usual day or two. Its tough to be out hundreds of dollars for weeks while you wait to be reimbursed, at least for me. Its too bad because the app itself works great and is so convenient for filing a claim as soon as possible. For me, Ive given up on the app because of my bad luck.
app seems to be working fine now with latest release, makes checking info very convenient
Great app. Very useful. The GUI could be a bit more intuitive but it works well
Great for making claims quickly and easily. I walk out of an appointment, make my claim, boom - its done.
